When you use FlushStar, we collect information you provide directly:

Account & contact information — your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or contact us.

Review data — reviews posted about your business on Google, Yelp, and other platforms that you connect to FlushStar, along with the AI-generated responses we create on your behalf.

Payment information — billing details are processed securely by Stripe. FlushStar does not store full credit card numbers.

Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the FlushStar dashboard, collected to improve the product.

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide, operate, and improve the FlushStar service
- Generate AI responses to your customer reviews
- Send you service notifications, product updates, and support messages
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information only in limited circumstances:

Service providers — trusted third parties who help us operate the platform (e.g. Stripe for payments, Neon for database hosting). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Review platforms — when we post responses on your behalf, your business name and response text become visible on the relevant platform (Google, Yelp, etc.).

Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, account data is retained for 90 days to allow account recovery, then permanently deleted upon request.

Review data collected from connected platforms is stored for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted data storage, and access controls to protect your information. No system is 100% secure — please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@flushstar.nanocorp.app. We will respond within 30 days.

FlushStar uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of FlushStar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
