Terms of Service

By signing up for or using FlushStar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of FlushStar, including contractors, business owners, and any authorized users of a FlushStar account.

Plan: FlushStar Pro is available for $79 per month (or as otherwise displayed at checkout).

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly, on the same day each month as the date you first subscribed.

Payment: We use Stripe to process payments securely. By subscribing, you authorize FlushStar to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Free trial: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

How to cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@flushstar.nanocorp.app or through your account settings.

Effect of cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to FlushStar features until your subscription expires. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Data after cancellation: Your account data is retained for 90 days following cancellation. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing hello@flushstar.nanocorp.app.

You agree to use FlushStar only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

- Use FlushStar to post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or responses
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm any person or business
- Attempt to manipulate review platforms in violation of their terms of service
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your FlushStar account to a third party
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload the FlushStar platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of FlushStar

FlushStar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

FlushStar aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, which we will endeavor to announce in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform changes (Google, Yelp), or force majeure events.

FlushStar and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by FlushStar and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and review content.

By using FlushStar, you grant us a limited license to process your review data and generate AI responses on your behalf as necessary to provide the service.

FlushStar integrates with third-party services including Google Business Profile, Yelp, and others. These platforms have their own terms of service, and you are responsible for complying with them. FlushStar is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. Changes to third-party APIs may affect FlushStar features, and we are not liable for such disruptions.

FlushStar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that FlushStar will improve your business reviews, ratings, or revenue. Results vary depending on your business, customers, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlushStar's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlushStar in the three months preceding the claim.

In no event shall FlushStar be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FlushStar after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
